Making progress!
The ice eater is home now, the engine is running well after its winter nap, and
it looks like 60 degrees this Saturday 😊

In our Club we have about 70 cm (2ft+) of ice. Ice fishing derby happens every
few weeks (😊). Though, we saw +1 C once last week. But skiing is good.

Water is ice free, but New London got 21.5" snow yesterday so won't be visiting
the boat any time soon. There is a photo at our yacht club of the Thames River
(that's thames, not tems) frozen over in 1963, so it is possible, but I haven't
seen it. Dave
