We had record coldest winter in a long while, here in South Jersey.
19 days below freezing and three snow storms. The last one dropped over a foot
of wet snow and drifts are over 24 inches.
Yesterday, we lost power for six hours because tree limbs weighed down by the
wet snow, fell across power lines.
This should all melt with a few 50 degree days forecasted, but we are also
forecasted to get another snowfall next week.
I keep the birdfeeders filled and a heated birdbath going as the birds can't
find any food when the ground is covered by snow. I hope the shrubs recover
from laying low from the weight of the wet snow. Many branches are down around
my house.
I regret postponing projects in November/December when the temps dropped below
50 and now 40 feels wonderful and I look for ways to heat the shop and get some
work done. Can't wait for temps above 50 again.

November is the time of the year when my Internet bills come in. It's also the
time when you can show your appreciation of this list and the C&C Photo Album.
