Bo, a couple of things. I believe maximum heel with the engine running is 15? degrees. I and that’s about oil circulation. How full was your fuel tank? Did you bleed it using the injector pump valve? There should be no air unless your fuel system has a leak. Some times the cap on the primary filter gets warped and allows air in. Is your lift pump clicking (working)?
