I do about 6 knots at around 2100-2200 RPM and 5 inches manifold in calm water with a clean bottom. I can push up to maybe 6.5-6.8 at full throttle, but the large noise increase is not worth it. My A4 is direct drive with a smallish prop, so adverse wind and seas really knock that speed down. Also towing the big RIB is a drag - literally.
