FWIW, I just got turned away from working on my boat in Pasadena, Md. Seems
they misinterpreted the governor's directive and closed the yard to everybody
but their own workers. I was allowed ten minutes to check my tarp and stands,
and get out. In a boatyard w 200 plus boats that are spread out so you can
work around all sides, there are only a handfull of us owners that ever work on
our own boats so social distancing is super easy to maintain. The boat is my
property, so I should be allowed to access it. I rarely ever interact with the
yard guys and planned to do so even less, but rules are rules and the yard
manger mentioned calling the police. I have no symptoms and stayed 20 ft away
while talking to him. I'd be twelve feet off the ground when on deck when
working, and I'm fully self sufficient, with my own food, water, beer, parts
and tools, so I feel I am not putting him or anyone in Maryland at any risk.

I hope someone talks some sense into these guys.
