I made a VERY STRONG argument to them about a 18 months ago when I found out they had not pointed out the depreciation provision during the quoting process. This is clearly a violation of insurance ethics, as they have a DUTY to point out the shortcomings in their policy. If I got screwed by their depreciation rules, I would pursue an Errors and Omissions / Bad Faith claim against them.
