Another hole saw trick to increase the size of a hole is to find the hole saw 
that matches the size of the existing hole and use that to drill a plug out of 
scrap wood.  Fit the plug onto the pilot drill of the larger hole saw and use 
that as a pilot to center the larger one.  Works like a champ keeping the saw 
centered.
