Charlie;

I have a 25-250 ft-lb Craftsman electronic torque wrench that you can borrow.
Though you might need to replace the 3 watch batteries that power the display.
I also have the 1 ½” socket you need and probably have the 1 1/8 and ¾ sockets
you will need if you have ¾” or ½” bolts.

Give me a call and we can arrange to meet some place.

Now that (600 Ft-lbs) is a LOT of torque compared to 250.

Did you really need that much or were your bolts of a size that 600 was
recommended?
