The handrails are screwed or bolted into the interior cabin handrails, if yours is like mine.  Take the plugs out and you will have access.  There are a few areas where there isn't a handrail, and you should find plugs in the fiberglass (either plastic or metal).  If they are screwed together, I'd say probably want to bolt them back together...
I don't have a huge amount of faith in screws for something that important.

I suppose one way to find out would be to cross my fingers remove the grab
