Ok, so far we have 17 responses with 8 intending to come by boat.  That's
about half of the total original responses.  I feel pretty good about the
turn out.  There are a couple of things working against us and I think we
can probably work towards clearing them up in the future.  I'll talk to the
harbor master (Beth) again on Monday and get the final contact details
forwarded to you all.  She had originally stated that having all of the
reservations made and paid for by March 3st would be a good goal.  She can
work mooring ball and slip reservations.
