I’d love to see either photos or drawings of the interior layout. Can’t really
tell from the photos if the “pilothouse” serves as anything more than an
enclosed hard dodger. There doesn’t seem to be any enclosed steering or
control functions. And how much compromise to the interior headroom?

The keel and hull form are classic Landfall, but the aft hull section and
transom are like no other C&C I’ve encountered.

Strange but intriguing..

A vessel has recently been listed on Yachtworld as a C&C 40 "Landfall"
Pilothouse, which has some interesting characteristics;

http://www.yachtworld.com/boats/1983/C%26C-Landfall-Factory-Pilothouse-3064974/Toronto-ON-SITE-Outer-Harbour/Canada#.WMDlUU0zXIU

It is an intriguing design, and obviously a custom vessel; however, I can find
no reference to a Landfall 40 on the Photo Album listings, nor is there
anything even close...the Landfall 39 is a center cockpit boat; the listed boat
has the normal aft steering arrangement...the next closest Landfall is the 42,
also a center cockpit boat;
does anyone know what this design could be?

(PS; just curious, not looking to purchase!)
