I would second support for the Dutchman system, it worked very well on my boat, apart from maybe the finicky mainsail cover (the same as lazy jacks if you don't move them before you cover the sail).
We have just changed over to lazy jacks and a stack pack sail cover because it wouldn't have been possible to put the cover on over the new Bimini. Our sail slide stack is ~9' above the deck, so this is much easier than climbing on the gooseneck.
