There are new aftermarket elbows being made of stainless steel.  Not that
it matters but these are not OEM.  Look around and you may find a polished
one.  Dress up the engine room a bit.  I see them on ebay all the time.
You can get the whole mixing elbow, nipple, and exhaust "riser" as one
package in SS.

I think the "oil cooler" might actually be an freshwater cooler.  This is
where the seawater passes through in order to remove the heat in the engine
coolant.  Rust could be the sign of an o-ring leaking.  Its not hard to
further diagnose except that you'll probably need to drain the engine
coolant and the seawater coolant.
