Listers, My rewire project is about 80% complete and I plan to finish tomorrow. Thanks to all for the advice.
I took a look at the back of the alternator, where I want to change the output wiring to go back to the house bank (where the ACR is). But there are several wires coming out of it and I’m not sure of which one to cut and replace. See: http://www.marinedieseldirect.com/universal/200157/images/wiringdiagram.gif <http://www.marinedieseldirect.com/universal/200157/images/wiringdiagram.gif> I’m pretty sure I should remove the orange wire, but wanted to verify with the list. And I wanted to make sure that if it is the orange wire, and I do remove it, that it won’t have any negative effect on any other engine systems. All the best, Edd Edd M.
