I like my C&C 34R for the 4 step companionway. The Swan and Baltics have 6 to 8 steps down into cabin.

There was a really deep drop down from the cockpit into the main part of the boat because of a "hallway" linking the 2 sides of the rear cabin. Other than that, no issues different from a C&C, unless you don't care for the upkeep of teak decks. Very desirable boats in my opinion.
