On the phot album home page, just below the Search the Archives" link and above the "We are associated with" icons, is the Join Our Forum.
When I click on the link, I get a message saying the information cannot be displayed in a frame, and click to display it in a new tab. Clicking takes me to a web hosting site. Someone else said they had this result. I'm using Windows 7 and IE11.
