For summer and winter Charleston temp I recommend SCS 2000 , GE SILPRUF . I  
seald hatches once with Sicaflex 295, sicaflex primer. 
AFTER ONE SEASON AGAIN PROBLEM and even small crack in lens. Plexi elongation 
is significant. Annapolis local workshop recommended Ge silpruf. Sikaflex 
flexibility does not much plexi. Sikaflex works fine with glass. Since few 
years no problems. For frames cleaning use only rubbing alkohol.
