Steve, You'd need a tranny, new fuel tank, lines and filter, new prop, exhaust, possibly a new shaft ... It would probably fit, but a 2GM is not overpowering for a 32. It also probably came out of a boat with no hour meter, but even 4,000 is OK if it were maintained. I'd take that 6-10 k and put it towards the Landfall, but that's just my opinion.
