Anyone seen this done before? ... modification of a C&C 27 to a tee-cockpit:

I don’t agree with the transom opening but the tee is a fantastic idea. Note
they cut down the coaming and moved the vents, etc to the sides to allow for a
seat for the skipper.
Wonder what that cost the owner to do?
