I would guess that you probably have a Type 2 (up to 33,000 lbs displacement), 
due to the fact that your course computer is a 300; if it was a Type 1, you’d 
probably have the smaller 100 course computer.  I just checked the manual for 
the 100/300 systems — I love that Raymarine has the older manuals online!

So that would mean that you’d want the more powerful ACU-400 system.  It also 
means that your drive is well oversized for your boat, which should increase 
its life expectancy.

As far as your i70 instruments go, once you switch over the course computer, 
you can connect everything via SeaTalkNG, replacing the old SeaTalk 1 system.  
As soon as I can get pricing from my vendor, I’ll let you know costs for the 
whole mess; and I’ll get you the contact info for the repair guy, as well.
