Rick,

The way I read it, it would be Hull 224 started in 11/1973. I say that,
because the serial no. indicates prior to the one built in Jan 1974. By that
time, they would have changed the model.

Another oddity, I have blueprints (remember what they look like?) of the 35-II
as part of my papers and mine was built in May 1974. On those blueprints it
has a note at the bottom of the keel that says "as of November 1974, add 4" and
shows what it would look like....

First off, Eric, in an earlier post Dwight indicated that there were a total
of 351 35 -1s and 35-2s. 204 Mk1s and 147 Mk 2s, and that the hull numbers
are continuous with no apparent gap between the last Mk1 (204?) and the
first Mk2 (205?). Right, Dwight?

And they all were CCY until the Rhode Island plant opened in early 76, when
they became ZCC. Right, Bill?

Call me Anal.

My current white whale is the HINs for 35s reported in the last few posts. I
commented earlier about a discontinuity between the HINs of Lee's boat and
that reported by Bill and Gaynor.

Look at the following data:

Erik - Cat's Paw - HIN 240 - 01/74 build

Dwight - Alianna - HIN 242 - 02/74

Lee - Simplicity - HIN 252 - 03/74

Alex - unnamed - HIN 282 - 05/74

Gary - Espresso - HIN 302 - 07/74

Bill & Gaynor - Mithrandir - HIN 224 - 11/74
