Joe's comment says it best. Bojangles is in the BVI's now and we have sailed there extensively (but never chartered), so here's my quick view.
There's no point in trying to over-engineer a trip. The sailing and anchoring is easy stuff pretty much everywhere you go and there are lots of anchorages to choose from. If you're a bvi newbie - work an itinerary that includes the Bight, the Baths, White Bay (Jost) and the North Sound Virgin Gorda. If there's a full moon, add Trellis Bay for the full moon party. That will give you a good flavour for the islands and give you enough to talk about with the folks back home when you come back. Choice of boat is really just a matter of preference. If you're not going to Anegada, the trips are pretty short, so the difference between 5 and 7 knots is not going to make or break your day. More important is that everyone's comfortable on board, and that when you bring the girls back from the Willy T that they'll want to party on YOUR boat.
