I'll be on a J30 in the NOOD race Friday and Sunday. Day sailing Saturday from Annapolis. I also had an unpleasant encounter with a guy trolling. He went right in front of me and was pissed when I caught a line. There were so many boats fishing under the Bay Bridge I didn't try to go under it!
