By rights, we should divert the Ohio back up to Lake Erie, because a lot of
that water came from Lake Erie!

The latest NOAA ENSO seasonal outlook for the next 3 months has the upper
Great Lakes getting above average precipitation. See the second last page
for precipitation map. Also lots of other interesting stuff for weather
