I think I am right in saying that acetone will cause Plexiglass to craze. When I did my windows this year (using Plexi) Tony at Select Plastics made it very clear I should clean up with mineral spirits - not acetone Jonathan Indigo - 35MkIII _____ From: cnc-list-boun...@cnc-list.com [mailto:cnc-list-boun...@cnc-list.com] On Behalf Of Fred Hazzard Sent: Tuesday, September 18, 2012 5:34 PM To: cnc-list@cnc-list.com Subject: Stus-List new lens for foreward hatch Someone please remind me again what I should be using to replace the lens in the forward hatch. Plexiglass, Lexsan, poly acrylic ? I used plexiglass last time and it crazed around the edges where I had to wipe off excess Sikens. Thanks Fred Hazzard S/V Fury C&C 44
