Insurance company will offer to buy it back from whoever finds it out in open waters.Had a guy years back sailing his boat down NJ coast to bring it to a weekend regatta, big seas, fell off a mile out with autopilot on, sails up.Had a nice ocean swim in to shore. 3 days later a scallop boat found it 20 miles out.
