The knob is aluminum. The screw is a phillips head screw. I've used PB Blaster and I'm letting it soak in. If that doesn't work, what is the next step? Heat? drill/dremel (I'm afraid I'll get more aluminum than screw)? new knobs and a saw? Also, for the first time in 12 years my boat has a current PHRF certificate!
