It really is just a regular SS plumbing strainer. I'd consider replacing the whole strainer if you can't identify the part. There are so many different manufacturers. Maybe buy two or get an extra strainer basket when you buy the new one so you have a spare.
If you do go with the new route, go with a big name brand that you'll have a better chance of getting replacement parts for later. Like oh, I don't know, Grohe or the like. Pay the extra cake and get the quality in my opinon.
