Le BILGE Hi al, First time posting here. We have RULE MATE 1100 installed on our C&C 34 (1982). The automatic function hasn't worked for months (we check her regularily). It seems that RULE gets a bad rap in general from the blogs/rantings I have encountered. Does anyone have any recommendations as to other brands and what is the expected life of a bilge pump? By that I mean are Bilge pumps something that get replaced every year or bi yearly as a matter of routine?
