You have picked a challenge there I think. One I haven't had to solve yet so I am hoping you'll let us know what works for when that day comes. Here are a few of the best looking guides I found. I suspect you have already seen them but just in case.

Do you have the windows disks? If so reinstalling with MBR would make your job easier.
