Hi All, Got this nice Lenovo W540 with 500 GB disk. Like the Lenovo tools.
Trying to install Mint 17 Mate in a 150 GB set of partitions. GPT+UEFI + Windows 7 & Mint 17 dual boot is all new territory for me. Got as far as installing Mint 17 in a set of partitions but wrecked it several times trying to get the dual boot. Everything I've Googled doesn't quite work. Suspect some of the "easy" solutions use MBR disk but they don't mention it. I need help! If someone has actually done this I and can help me I would cheerfully mow their lawn for them or some compensation. Near but not sure where.
