Sorry ... one other thing comes to mind about changes in the bylaws ....when a group is applying for non-profit status, the intended bylaws must be presented to them and they must be approved before that status is granted. I am not positive but I believe that extensive changes may also be governed in a similar fashion. The 'act' will illuminate that further. You may be OK to go ahead but I would recommend checking before making major changes. Ron
