Hi Jerry, There are a few Linux IM clients which work with the MS 'consumer' offerings. Since you are talking about an office, I would throw a comment of caution about using such a service for commercial use. I believe that there some areas of the EULA which might be of concern. The alternative is use a server of your own installing (Jabber, etc) if you have the tech staff to handle this. That way the system can be isolated from the internet as a whole.
