I think Jon Watson ordered a System76 machine and had some issues with
delivery. If I'm remembering right, he had no problems with the machine
itself, just the ordering/shipping process. But that was a couple years
ago now though...
Another good option is ZaReason (http://www.zareason.com/shop/home.php).
They even customize their keyboards so that there is no "windows" key
- they put the Ubuntu logo there instead... I've heard good things bout
ZaReason through the media (Carla Schroder seems to like them quite a bit).
