I thought I would let others respond first. Yet another space for me is just another location to misplace things, but I do see the value to others. Yes I would like to meet but the types of projects that I am likely interested in would not entail that kind of space and if it does, I have access to some which is not communal.
Both time and funds are limited but would be willing to contribute.
