I looked at that a little while ago. The thing I wasn't sure was - does it
have everything the regular Ubuntu has? Or is it watered down?

Also, I recommend Linux Mint. Built directly on top of Ubuntu, but with a
regular release cycle, enhanced n00b tools, and every multimedia
plug/Flash/Java you could want :)
