Considering that you will be breaking their acceptable use policy by doing
this, and that they would gain nothing from this, Shaw would ignore any
request to have their IP changes happen at certain times.  I would
recommend not bringing this up with Shaw, it would give them a valid
excuse to disconnect your service.
