Not to mention, running a webserver, mailserver and the like on that level of 
business account (dynamic IP account) is a violation of the Acceptable Use 
Policy. 

With that said, Shaw offered us their business package with hosting (1 Static 
IP) for $100 /month. (Now granted they were coming after our business). And 
considering how crappy telus's routing has been lately in Edmonton, we 
actually thought of switching.
