Ok, if you now have /usr/lib/cloud/common/vms/systemvm.iso on the agent, you 
may simply need to restart the agent. Or you can also try setting 
"systemvm.iso.path=/path/to/systemvm.iso" in /etc/cloud/agent/agent.properties 
if it's in a non-standard location. The agent code looks for systemvm.iso in 
/usr/lib/cloud/common/vms, /usr/lib64/cloud/common/vms, 
/usr/lib/cloud/agent/vms, and /usr/lib64/cloud/agent/vms. The last two are from 
cloudstack 3. The agent logs should warn you on startup if it can't find the iso
