Community, I propose we move JIRA emails to a separate list.
This should increase the signal:noise for the list for new contributors and lurkers. If we did this, I would suggest that we make it a project bylaw that all committers subscribe to the issues list. If I don't hear any objections, I will assume consensus through silence and take care of this for us. Thanks, -- NS
