Maybe we should keep it as an independent community project for now.

We don't want alienate the people we are trying to build this for.

It's not much but it is something.
Historically p.a.o has all been committers. You even need commit access to
add your blog.

There doesn't seem to be any precedent yet for a project running it's own
aggregator, but it's a possible, and possible that we could have our own set
of rules for that aggregator. All untested water.

The other issue is that even setting it up will require someone be a
committer - which limits who can do the work. (which for better or worse
eliminates the people two folks who are trying to get it done)
