It's not much but it is something.
Historically p.a.o has all been committers. You even need commit
access to add your blog.

There doesn't seem to be any precedent yet for a project running it's
own aggregator, but it's a possible, and possible that we could have
our own set of rules for that aggregator. All untested water.

The other issue is that even setting it up will require someone be a
committer - which limits who can do the work. (which for better or
worse eliminates the people two folks who are trying to get it done)
