Like others have said it's not a beginners book, you definitely need to have learned clojure through another resource or maybe at the same time if your brain will allow. I will say it's worth the buy, currently there aren't many web development books for clojure which cover topics for someone new to web development, and this one has a low enough entry fee to help the newcomer. My only complaint is in some of the examples the flow of what's being covered gets lost and I couldn't tell if it was because of my reading or me being new to web development, so I plan to go through the examples again to get a better grasp on the flow of the book. Overall it's worth the buy.
