Isn't one of the problems with Eclipse and Intellij that you can't script the IDEs with clojure like you can "script" Emacs with elisp? I think Eclipse had some kind of scripting environment at one time, but haven't read much about it in recent years. Isn't Eclipse really hard to write plugins for anyway as opposed to Intellij.
