Hi Jacobo, sorry for responding so late. Usually I try to keep an eye on SublimeREPL Google Alerts and forums, but I've been buried with paperwork for the past several weeks (and there is no end in sight).
Regarding text transfer shortcuts. Please move them to Preferences -> Key Bindings - User.
