The whole discussion is  about what the default should be since
obviously one could make either behavior optional via command line
switches. Since a majority of users, and clojure's creater, feel that
the current default is useful, why should the default be changed?  As
has been pointed out, there already exists classpath to prevent
user.clj from loading. Avail yourself of it.
