The final CentOS7 and EPEL7 repos were made available through the CentOS
"vault" and the Fedora archive websites. ClamAV was made available
through EPEL. See my link yesterday to its last source RPM.
Surviving systems can change their yum.repos.d files to point to those
repos to satisfy dependencies.
