Your choices are:
1) Wait for EPEL to update their ClamAV package
2) Install directly from source
3) Rebuild the package with the update yourself.
I use RPMForge myself, and they haven't updated to .5 either. I'm not
aware of any earthshaking bugs in .4, so I'm content to let it sit until
an updated package comes out.
