Is better to change to a recent version of MailScanner, it has clamdscan support
out of the box so you don't encounter the problems shown in your log.

Direct clamd support is only on the latest (4.61.7).

All are parameters that are not used with clamdscan, you changed the wrapper but
should have commented out every parameter used... and there are still other
parameters buried in a perl module (using -r with clamdscan will cause another
complaint).

The best option for you is to plan an upgrade of MailScanner, since it installs
in a separate directory, the switch *should* really take seconds.  That doesn't
mean it's easy or without peril, you should always know what you're doing.
