No, freshclam tells me only that it has updated to a new version and
that it has notified clamd. Clamd tells me that it has reloaded the
database, it does this when it is called upon to scan incoming mail for
instance. So all you need to do is to look for the time of the freshclam
updates and the time of the clamd reloads so that at any give time you
know which version was in use.
